1. Orders & Payment
We accept all payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
EMI options are currently not available.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders across India with no shipping charges—shipping is on us!
Orders are processed the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Please provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must have original labels attached and be free from damage.
It’s okay if the product is not in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method with no deductions.
All payment methods are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Contact customer support immediately for cancellations.

LEVEL 11 is not responsible for delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
