REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Level 11, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted only for unworn items with original tags intact.
Products must be returned within 3Â days of delivery.
Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
2. Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs — prepaid labels or pickup arranged by us.
Customers do not need to pay for return shipping under any circumstance.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
We do not offer exchanges; only refunds are available.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
